  Our house had water damage causing us to move out completely. The insurance adjuster and contractors seem to know each other and the process pretty well, which isn't necessarily a bad thing; however, I wanted an independent opinion to ensure nothing was being missed. Rick took the time to come out to our house twice. He found a few details that needed to be added, but per his own recommendation, it was not enough to justify his taking of the claim. He still shared his notes. Wow! Having a truly independent opinion with details is very re-assuring. I appreciate his integrity and generosity.
